Both. Containers are sold by condition grade — New/One Trip, Cargo Worthy, Wind & Watertight, or As Is — and each grade is defined before you buy so there are no surprises on delivery.

Yes, to all Australian states and territories, metropolitan and regional. We do not ship outside Australia.

Delivery is free on orders over $2,000. Orders under $2,000 are charged a flat $25 anywhere in Australia. Pickup from our Dandenong South depot is free by prior arrangement.

Handling time is 1–2 business days and transit time is 3–10 business days, for a total delivery time of 4–12 business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST are treated as received the next business day. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

You need firm, level ground — compacted gravel, concrete or asphalt — clear truck access with turning room, and overhead clearance free of powerlines, branches and awnings. If you are unsure, send us photographs and we will confirm whether the access works before a truck is booked.

Usually a tilt-tray, which slides the container off the back onto your prepared surface. Restricted-access sites, larger units, or placements over a fence or building line need a crane truck (HIAB) or semi-trailer, which we arrange.

Yes. We arrange doors, windows, vents, insulation, lining, flooring, electrical fit-out and full conversions on units we supply. Each job is scoped individually — see Container Modifications.

Yes. Hire is quoted on enquiry, based on the unit, the term and your location. See Container Hire.

We accept returns on defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns; no fee applies if the product is defective or if you cancel before dispatch. Refunds are processed within 10 days. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

No. Surface rust, dents, patch repairs and mismatched paintwork are normal characteristics of used containers and are described by grade before you buy. Structural failure and water ingress on a warranted unit are covered — see our Warranty.
