A container is a strong, weatherproof steel shell that adapts to a lot of uses. We arrange modifications on units we supply — from a set of vents through to a full fit-out.
Not every modification suits every unit or every budget, so we scope each job individually rather than working from a fixed menu. Tell us what you need it to do and we will tell you whether it is practical.

Availability of any particular modification depends on the unit, its condition grade and current workshop capacity. We confirm what is achievable in writing before work starts.
What We Need From You
- What the container will be used for
- The size and grade you have in mind, or your budget
- Where it will be sited, and whether it needs to be moved again later
- Any dimensions that matter — doorway widths, ceiling height, equipment footprints
- Whether it needs to connect to power, water or waste
Approvals Are Your Responsibility
Where a unit is modified to your specification, you are responsible for ensuring that specification meets your intended use and any applicable building, planning or council requirements. We do not provide engineering, planning or building certification unless expressly agreed in writing — see clause 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
If your project needs certification, tell us early. It affects how the unit should be specified.
Warranty on Modification Work
Workmanship on modifications we perform is warranted for 12 months. Full terms are on our Warranty page.
