All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We sell to customers in Australia only. Payment is required in full before dispatch or collection unless we have agreed different terms in writing, and a tax invoice is issued with every order.

Currency and GST
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We sell to customers in Australia only, and all orders are billed and delivered within Australia. A tax invoice is issued with every order.
When payment is due
Unless we have agreed different terms in writing, full payment is required before dispatch or collection. For custom and modified units a deposit is generally required to commence work, with the balance payable before delivery. Your quote sets out the applicable terms.
Bank transfer — how it works
- Place your order and select direct bank transfer at checkout.
- Transfer the full invoice amount using your order number as the reference.
- Funds usually clear within 1–2 business days.
- We confirm your dispatch and delivery date once payment is received. Handling time starts from the day payment clears — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Refunds
